Breakfast
In the morning, we bid you good morning with the extensive buffet of breakfast, to be enjoyed directly on the veranda. Choose from the many sweet and savoury proposals and get a new day at the sea off to a good start.
Every day you will find jamstarts, briochesfresh fruit, yoghurt, honey, biscuits, but also cold cuts, cheese, bread, scrambled eggs with bacon, hard-boiled eggs and rusks.

The cuisine at the Hotel Byron is a feast of genuine, quality ingredients that create traditional dishes from Romagna and Mediterranean.
At lunch and dinner you can choose from 7 different menusincluding fish and vegetarian dishes, accompanied by a rich buffet of appetisers. And to finish, lots of sweets!
For children We prepare fresh broths and baby food according to mum and dad's instructions.
